New Level Renovations Inc (NLR) was started in 2007 by CEO/Owner Shawn Carruthers to address the renovation and construction needs of residential and commercial clients in and around Toronto, Ontario. Shawn has obtained a diploma in Construction Project Management from George Brown College.
